About Us
The Policy Innovation Centre (PIC) is an initiative of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), established to support government and development partners in crafting policies that are inclusive, human-centered, and backed by data-driven insights. PIC applies behavioral science, research, and innovation to social and economic policy challenges, aiming to improve governance systems and enhance citizen well-being.
We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to contributing to national and regional development through research, policy advisory, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement. Successful candidates will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment alongside experts and partners across government, development organizations, private sector institutions, and civil society.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, managing, and implementing development programs and policy initiatives
- Conducting research, data analysis, and producing evidence-based reports
- Engaging stakeholders and partners to drive collaboration and policy influence
- Supporting program monitoring and evaluation to ensure measurable outcomes
- Providing advisory support and technical expertise to government and institutional partners
- Upholding professional standards, compliance requirements, and ethical practices
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Statistics, ICT, Finance, or related fields
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Prior experience in policy work, research, program management, development, or related roles (specific experience expectations vary by position)
