The Dangote Cement Management Trainee Programme is an intensive 18-month career development journey designed to prepare high-potential professionals for leadership roles within Dangote Cement, one of Africa’s largest industrial companies.

About the Programme

Requirements:
To qualify for the Dangote Cement Management Trainee Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 28 and 35 years old.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Possess between 5 and 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) — the HND is accepted mainly for technical roles.
- Have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
