2025 Federal Government Creative Leap Acceleration Program (CLAP)
Through the Fashion Academy Abuja, the Creative Leap Acceleration Program (CLAP) aims to bridge skill gaps and empower the next generation of fashion innovators with technical expertise and business acumen.
This initiative is a strategic effort to strengthen Nigeria’s fashion value chain by offering practical, industry-focused training to early-stage fashion entrepreneurs.
The Federal Government CLAP Program will be rolled out in two phases, from September to October 2025, and March 2026, with continuous monitoring and feedback conducted in collaboration between the Ministry and The Fashion Academy Abuja.

Criterias for the 2025 Federal Government Creative Leap Acceleration Program
- Hold a minimum of an O-Level certificate
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge in the tailoring or fashion business
- Provide evidence of an existing fashion business or portfolio
- Show a clear commitment to growth and professional development.
