2025 QPNL Graduate Engineering Trainee Program
The Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) Program is a year-long structured employee development initiative of Quantum Packaging Nigeria Limited (QPNL).
The vision of the management for the program is to enhance workforce skills, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training sessions, which include: Soft skills training, Technical training (on the job), Safety workshop training.
- Support the technical unit in day-to-day operations under close supervision
- Observe and learn the end-to-end production process
- Attend scheduled performance assessments and feedback sessions.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to enhance learning.
Requirements for the 2025 QPNL Graduate Engineering Trainee Program
- A recent graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or similar fields
- 0-1 year of working experience
- A curious and creative mind
- Problem-solving ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
