2026/27 Graduate Internship Program at Stockgap Fuels Limited

Stockgap Fuels Limited was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited liability company. The company is currently engaged in the business of distribution of refined petroleum products and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG).

They are either imported directly from our international trading partners or via coastal lifting through a strategic alliance with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.

Location: Rivers

Program Objective

  • As part of our talent development strategy, we are seeking high-potential young graduates for our One-Year Graduate Internship Program.
  • To provide recent graduates with structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure across key functions of a downstream oil & gas business.
  • Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on performance and business need.

Responsibilities
Interns will be rotated across departments to gain broad exposure. Core areas include:
Operations & Supply Chain:

  • Support cylinder filling, depot operations, inventory management and logistics coordination
  • Assist in route planning and fleet monitoring for nationwide distribution

Commercial & Sales:

  • Support distributor relationship management and market expansion activities.
  • Assist with sales data analysis, customer onboarding, and trade marketing

HSE, Quality & Compliance:

  • Support implementation of HSE policies in line with NMDPRA and ISPS Code requirements
  • Assist with audits, safety drills, and documentation

Finance, HR & Corporate Services:

  • Support in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and training administration
  • Assist Finance with budgeting, reporting, and vendor management

Requirements for the 2026/27 Graduate Internship Program at Stockgap Fuels Limited

To be considered, applicants MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) from a recognized University.
  • Age: Not more than 27 years at the time of application.
  • Discipline: Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • NYSC: Must have completed NYSC or have an exemption certificate. Proof required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills, and high integrity.
  • Attributes: Self-driven, team player, willing to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced oil & gas environment. Willingness to be posted to any location nationwide.
