2026/28 Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship
The MAPP Erasmus Mundus Scholarship is a prestigious two-year Erasmus Mundus Masters in Public Policy (MAPP) program that allows students to study at top European universities.
The program offers several mobility tracks, enabling students to specialize in different public policy fields across multiple institutions.
The Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship is administered by four European universities located in the United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, and Austria.

Eligibility Criteria for the 2026/28 Erasmus Mundus MAPP Scholarship
- have a Bachelors degree comprising at least three years of studies at a recognized university or institute of higher education.
- have obtained at least class 2.1 (Upper Second), B+ or equivalent.
- have high motivation and interest in European and international public policy, assessed through a statement of purpose.
- demonstrate English proficiency: Mundus MAPP does not require a language certificate from applicants who are citizens of the countries that students have received a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree taught exclusively in English.
- If you are from the following countries, you do not need an IELTS certificate; Australia, Botswana, Canada, Gambia, Ghana, Ireland, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda (English-speaking region), South Africa, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, UK, USA and Zambia
- show proof of residence must be submitted before enrollment (such as certificate of residency issued by the municipality, rental contract or utility bills).
Scholarship Perks
- 1,400 EUR/month for 24 months (up to 33,600 EUR).

Application Documents
To apply, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents;
- Application Form
- Two recommendation letters.
- Scanned copies of transcripts and diplomas.
- A 500-word motivation letter outlining reasons for applying and preferred mobility track.
- Proof of English proficiency (unless eligible for a waiver).
Ensure all documents are translated into English.
