About the Programme

The KPMG Graduate Recruitment Programme is a permanent opportunity with a structured learning pathway for final-year students and recent graduates.

Through the programme, successful candidates will gain exposure to best practices, real client work, professional development, and practical engagement in the corporate world.

The aim is to help graduates build on their academic knowledge, develop professional competence, and unlock their potential through meaningful work.

Minimum Requirements by Country

Kenya

  • Graduating Year: 2025/2026
  • Minimum Second Class Upper or GPA of 3.0 and above
  • Minimum B in KCSE with B in English and Mathematics, or equivalent IGCSE/American system grading
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

Rwanda

  • Graduating Year: 2025/2026
  • Minimum Second Class Upper or GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum B in the principal subjects of senior secondary school
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

Tanzania

  • Graduating Year: 2025/2026
  • Minimum Second Class Upper or GPA of 3.5 and above
  • Minimum Division 2 at O’ Level and A Level
  • Minimum B in English and Mathematics at O’ Level
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

Uganda

  • Graduating Year: 2025/2026/January 2027
  • Minimum Second Class Upper, CGPA 4.0, or 70%
  • Division 1 at O’ Level, with a minimum credit in Mathematics and English
  • Minimum 14 points at A’ Level
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

For 2026 graduates, applicants must have completed coursework and project work by August 2026 and must have a completion letter from their university.
