The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program is a 12 month paid internship initiative designed for recent graduates and young professionals seeking practical workplace experience.

Who Can Apply
Applicants should generally:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be recent graduates
- Have 0–2 years of work experience
- Be young Africans seeking early career opportunities
- Demonstrate interest in leadership and professional growth
