The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program connects talented young people with 12 month internship placements through partnerships with organizations across Africa.

The program is focused on helping young professionals build employability, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills through practical workplace experience.

The Mastercard Foundation Associates Program is a 12 month paid internship initiative designed for recent graduates and young professionals seeking practical workplace experience.

Who Can Apply

Applicants should generally:

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Be recent graduates
  • Have 0–2 years of work experience

  • Demonstrate interest in leadership and professional growth
