About the Program
The Technical Graduate Trainee Program II is a 12-month structured development programme designed to transition graduates from theory to real-world engineering and operational experience.
Trainees will be immersed in hands-on technical work, exposed to live projects, and trained across key operational areas within the company.
This program is ideal for graduates who want to build practical, field-ready skills and grow within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.

Program Locations
Successful candidates may be deployed to Powergas facilities in:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- B.Sc or HND (minimum of 2:1 or Upper Credit) in a science-related field
- Completed NYSC
- Not more than 28 years old
- Must have graduated within the last three (3) years
- Must be eligible to work in Nigeria full-time
