We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
As a graduate trainee, you will undergo structured training, support key departments, and gain hands-on experience to prepare you for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities of the Interns
- Participate in rotational assignments across departments to understand company operations.
- Support daily tasks and projects under the supervision of department heads.
- Attend and complete all training sessions and development workshops.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and solve organizational challenges.
- Take initiative in suggesting improvements or contributing to departmental goals.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take feedback constructively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
- No prior work experience required, but internship or volunteer experience is a plus.
