Access Bank PLC is now accepting applications for its 2026 Entry Level Training Program (ELTP), a nationwide graduate trainee programme designed for high-potential graduates who are ready to begin a career in banking, customer service, digital innovation, branch operations, and financial services.
This is an important opportunity for young graduates who have completed NYSC and are looking to join one of Africa’s leading financial institutions.

About the Programme

Selected candidates will begin their journey at the School of Banking Excellence, where they will receive intensive training, practical exposure, and career development support.
The programme is designed to prepare graduates to contribute meaningfully from the start while developing long-term careers within Access Bank.
Programme Tracks
ELTP Retail
This track is for candidates interested in customer service, relationship management, branch operations, and retail banking.
It is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving customer problems, supporting financial transactions, and building strong customer relationships.
ELTP Tech
This track is for innovators, problem-solvers, and technology-minded graduates who want to contribute to Access Bank’s digital transformation.
It is suitable for candidates interested in technology, innovation, digital banking, systems, and solving business problems through tech-driven solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Have completed NYSC
- Reside in Nigeria or be eligible to work in Nigeria
- Have a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from an accredited university
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline for ELTP Retail
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Economics-related discipline for ELTP Tech
- Have access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
- Apply for only one ELTP track
Applicants should note that submitting applications for more than one track may lead to disqualification.
