Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Provide general administrative and operational support.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Organize digital files, documents, records, and databases.
  • Prepare and update reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
  • Respond to emails, messages, and routine inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and team activities.
  • Assist with data entry and document processing.
  • Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate information between internal teams and external contacts.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, invoices, expenses, and other administrative duties when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company information.
  • Identify administrative challenges and help develop practical solutions.
  • Support managers and team members with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records.
