Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Intern)

  • Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
  • Duration: 3–6 Months

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and organized Administrative Assistant Intern to join our growing team in Lagos.

This internship is ideal for NYSC corps members (looking for a PPA) or recent graduates who are eager to gain real-world experience in startup operations, team coordination, and business administration.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting events, managing workspace logistics, and assisting the team in achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and follow-ups.
  • Support the team with timesheets, scheduling, and holiday planning.
  • Manage workspace viewings and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Handle errands and logistics such as pickups, deliveries, and sourcing.
  • Coordinate internal communications within the team.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to all departments.
  • Maintain a positive and organized office/workspace environment.

Requirements

  • Must be an NYSC corps member (Lagos PPA) or a recent graduate.
  • Based in Lagos and available to work on-site 3 times per week.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Canva, social media tools, or task management software is an added advantage.

Remuneration

₦70,000 – ₦100,000 monthly (depending on experience and performance).
