TemsDelight Events is looking for an Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our growing global team and help keep our day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and on track.
TemsDelight Events is a luxury wedding planning and design studio creating refined, high-end celebrations across Canada, the U.S., and destination locations. Our work is centered around thoughtful design, seamless coordination, and a high level of client service.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
You’ll help keep the company’s systems and workflows organized by:
- Maintaining platforms such as Dubsado, Google Workspace, ClickUp, and shared calendars
- Preparing approved proposals, contracts, onboarding documents, welcome guides, and review requests using company templates
- Managing the email inbox and responding to routine inquiries
- Maintaining organized digital files and ensuring documents are up to date
- Creating, assigning, and monitoring internal tasks as directed
- Monitoring the company’s 24-business-hour response standard
- Tracking missed deadlines and incomplete assignments and escalating recurring issues to the CEO
- Preparing weekly CEO and team status reports
- Supporting project timelines, vendor lists, and workflow management
Client & Operations Support
You’ll also help ensure clients receive timely communication and that important planning milestones stay on track.
This includes:
- Tracking client deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Sending questionnaires and reminders
- Scheduling client consultations, meetings, and follow-up calls
- Preparing planning checklists, timelines, agendas, and meeting summaries
- Helping keep client information and project documentation organized
Social Media & Brand Support
Because our work is highly visual, you’ll also provide support with our brand and social media presence.
You may assist with:
- Content scheduling
- Organizing behind-the-scenes event media
- Maintaining consistency across client portals and company documents
- Supporting the organization of creative assets

You’ll work alongside the planning team on various event-related administrative tasks, including:
- Researching vendors and compiling vendor decks
- Assisting with mood boards and basic Canva presentations
- Updating event timelines and logistics documents
- Supporting virtual meetings through note-taking and task assignments
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working with technology.
You should have:
- A strong administrative background
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Canva
- Good social media skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong professionalism and client etiquette
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
Experience in event planning, luxury hospitality, creative businesses, or client services would be an advantage, but strong administrative and organizational skills are the priority.
