Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, analytical, and self-motivated graduates to join our team as Analysts. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable to change, and passionate about contributing to impactful projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured training programs, workshops, and professional courses to develop both technical and soft skills.
Shadow experienced mentors and team leads to understand departmental workflows and best practices.
Rotate through multiple business units (Investment Banking, Research, Asset Management, etc.) to gain holistic exposure.
Conduct research, market analysis, and data interpretation to support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
Assist in preparing investment proposals, financial models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Attend meetings, seminars, and team events to expand professional knowledge and networks.
Compile periodic reports and performance presentations to track learning milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for the Afrinvest Analyst Program (TAAP 26), candidates must possess the following:

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines) from a recognized university.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Adaptability and flexibility to work across departments and handle diverse assignments.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
