Programme Overview

Departments Available
Successful applicants will be placed in one of the following departments based on their qualifications, interests, and organisational needs:
- Accounting & Finance – Assist in budget tracking, financial analysis, and reporting; gain exposure to international finance systems.
- Sales & Marketing – Work on campaigns, market research, digital marketing, and client engagement strategies.
- Communications – Support content creation, media relations, internal communications, and corporate branding projects.
- Human Resources (HR) – Assist in recruitment, onboarding, staff engagement, and HR analytics.
- Legal – Gain insight into corporate governance, compliance, and legal research within an international development context.
Key Responsibilities
Your tasks will depend on your placement but may include:
- Assisting teams with day-to-day administrative, operational, or technical support.
- Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to support departmental objectives.
- Participating in project coordination, client communications, or field assignments.
- Supporting document preparation, presentations, and reports.
- Contributing innovative ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness within your team.
- Attending mentorship sessions, career development workshops, and team meetings.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements
To qualify for the AMSCO 2026 Internship Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background:
- Must be a recent graduate (within the last 1–3 years) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Communications, HR, Legal, or related fields.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and professional environment.
- High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the listed AMSCO operational countries.
