Applications are now open for the ANWEP Green Futures Grant 2026, an initiative by the Association of Nigerian Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals (ANWEP) designed to support women-led businesses driving environmental sustainability and clean energy solutions across Nigeria.
ANWEP believes that women building a greener, more sustainable Nigeria deserve more than recognition—they deserve investment. If your business is creating eco-friendly products, advancing renewable energy, protecting the environment, or powering communities with sustainable solutions, this grant offers an opportunity to scale your impact.
The Association of Nigerian Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals (ANWEP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering Nigerian women to become impactful leaders through strategic partnerships that address challenges affecting women, girls, and children.
Grant Award
Three successful applicants will each receive ₦1,000,000 to support the growth of their businesses.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Own or lead a business registered in Nigeria.
- Operate a business focused on eco-friendly products/services or renewable energy solutions.
- Have been in business for at least six (6) months.
- Be a woman founder or co-founder.
- Use the grant solely for business growth and expansion, not personal expenses.
- Not be a current ANWEP board member or an immediate family member of one.
Application Deadline & Announcement
Successful recipients will be announced during the ANWEP Annual Fundraising Gala on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
