To qualify for the Aradel Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:
Academic Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 2:1) from a reputable university OR an HND with Upper Credit.
- Eligible disciplines include:
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural
- Sciences: Geology, Computer Science, and other STEM-related fields
- Law, Humanities, Social & Management Sciences
Other Requirements
- Must have completed NYSC with a valid certificate or exemption letter.
- Must not have more than 3 years post-graduation experience.
