About the Programme

The Avetium Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 is a comprehensive training and development experience designed to equip young professionals with technical and business skills through classroom sessions, real-world projects, and hands-on mentorship.

During the programme, trainees will gain exposure to key areas of IT and business operations, including:

• Technical Support: Build problem-solving and troubleshooting skills while learning to provide excellent client service.
• Data Security & Network Solutions: Develop foundational knowledge in cybersecurity, data protection, and network infrastructure.
• Information Management Systems (IMS): Learn how to design, manage, and optimize systems that support business operations and decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be not more than 26 years old as of the application date.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields).
• Have 0–2 years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Graduated with at least a Second-Class Lower (2:2) or HND Upper Credit.
• Must have completed the NYSC programme.

Desirable Skills

Candidates with the following skills will have an added advantage:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Zendesk, Manage Engine, etc.).
• Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and technical sales.
• Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
