Programme Description
The Baker Hughes Internship Programme is designed for students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, as well as recent graduates. It provides hands-on experience and practical exposure to real-world business operations, laying a strong foundation for future careers.
Interns will gain first-hand insights into operational processes, systems, and best practices that ensure customer satisfaction through efficient execution and advanced technology.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Work on internal projects to support customer outcomes and drive business improvements
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns globally
- Apply HS&E standards consistently to maintain compliance and safety
Learning & Development
Interns will:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a STEM-related field
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent)
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Be eligible to work in Nigeria without sponsorship or restrictions
- Have completed NYSC
