Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and engage prospective customers.
• Promote the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements for the Buckler Systems Graduate Trainee Program 2026

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Lower) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a target-driven environment.
• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is required.
