The CABLe GRE Scholarship 2026 is an opportunity for outstanding African graduates who are preparing to pursue graduate school but may be unable to afford the cost of taking the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).
The scholarship is designed to remove one of the financial barriers faced by prospective graduate students by providing fully covered GRE sponsorship for selected scholars.

Eligibility Criteria for the CABLE GRE Scholarship 2026
- Must be a citizen of an African country.
- Must be 30 years of age or younger at the time of application.
- Must hold at least one of the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree, or
- A Higher National Diploma (HND).
- Must have graduated between 2021 and 2026.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale, or its equivalent based on the grading scale used by the applicant’s institution.
- Applicants may provide proof of intent to apply to graduate school. This is optional, but advantageous.

- The Cable will be supporting 10 (ten) students to cover the cost of the Graduate Records Examination (GRE) for their future academic endeavours to study abroad.

Application Guidelines for the CABLE GRE Scholarship 2026
- Application Essay (max. 500 words): Explain your academic goals, financial need, and eligibility for the scholarship.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): An updated academic CV (1–2 pages preferred; maximum 3 pages).
- Academic Transcript: An official or certified transcript showing your final grades/CGPA.
