Front End Developer
As a Front End Developer, you’ll be responsible for creating the user-facing side of our web and mobile applications. You will work on designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement user interface components and features using modern frameworks and libraries.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate design mockups into high-quality, functional code.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the frontend code.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in core frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Backend Developer
As a Backend Developer, you will build and maintain the core systems that power our applications. You will be responsible for developing server-side logic, managing databases, and designing APIs to ensure a secure and efficient flow of data.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop robust and scalable backend services and APIs.
- Design and manage databases, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Implement security protocols and data protection measures.
- Conduct testing and debugging to maintain a high-quality, secure, and reliable backend.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with database systems and API development (REST or GraphQL).
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
UI/UX Designer
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the heart of our product’s user experience. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing user-friendly interfaces, and creating a cohesive and visually appealing product.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze user requirements, conducting user research and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile apps.
- Develop a comprehensive UI/UX strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your professional experience.
- Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Customer Support
As a Customer Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our users. You will be responsible for providing a top-notch customer experience by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and maintaining strong user relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about DNI Pay’s products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and policies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- A high degree of empathy and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Tech Support
As a Tech Support specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our customers and internal team members. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to our platform.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and address complex technical problems.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features and technical updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical support or IT help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile and web applications, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with help desk software is a plus.
Data Officer
As a Data Officer, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and protecting our company’s data. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, compliance with regulations, and leveraging data to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity, security, and quality of data within the organization.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Content Creator
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s voice and marketing goals. You will create content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling written and visual content for our social media channels, blog, and website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator with a portfolio of diverse content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in creating content for various platforms (e.g., articles, social media posts, videos).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Creativity and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
