  • Public Health Officers
  • Community Health Extension Workers (CHEWs)
  • Auxiliary Nurses & Health Assistants
  • Pharmacy & Laboratory Technicians
  • Nutritionists / Dietetics Officers
  • Biology / Microbiology / Health Science Graduates
  • Caregivers & Home Health Aides
  • ICT / Data Entry Assistants (Health Records)
  • Wellness & Fitness Trainers / Enthusiasts
  • Fresh Graduates (Health-Inclined or Any Discipline Interested in Wellness Careers)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, NCE, or SSCE, depending on the position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for healthcare, wellness, and community development
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools (an added advantage)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism
  • Willingness to work full-time and adapt to a dynamic work schedule
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness sector is beneficial but not mandatory — training and mentorship will be provided for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • While duties may vary by role, team members will generally be responsible for:
  • Providing quality health and wellness support to clients and communities
  • Assisting in health education, monitoring, and preventive care activities
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential health records
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
  • Supporting wellness programs, data entry, and administrative reporting
  • Upholding ethical standards and promoting organizational values at all times
