- Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- Social Media & Digital Strategy Officer.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our client’s amazing team in Abuja.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide support for strategic projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar secretarial/administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A high level of professionalism and discretion is non-negotiable.
- Experience in the oil, gas, or energy industry is highly desirable.
Social Media & Digital Strategy Officer
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Strategy Officer to elevate our client’s online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media and digital strategy to boost the firm’s visibility across the law, oil, energy, and gas sectors.
- Create and manage engaging, thought-leadership content.
- Conceptualize and run innovative campaigns to highlight the firm’s expertise.
- Support online business development efforts.
- Manage the firm’s online reputation.
- Stay ahead of digital trends to introduce new ideas, tools, and platforms for audience engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective digital strategies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital/social media campaigns is a plus.
- Experience in a B2B, law, energy, or corporate sectors is a plus.
