Subsea Support & Intervention Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for subsea operations and interventions.
- Ensure integrity, reliability, and efficiency of subsea equipment and systems.
- Work with contractors and internal teams to manage offshore operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong experience in subsea operations, intervention systems, and offshore projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety requirements.
Coordinator, Subsea Life of Field
Responsibilities:
- Oversee subsea operations and ensure proper lifecycle management.
- Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Relevant experience in subsea project coordination and life-of-field operations.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
Production & Well Performance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize production systems to maximize output.
- Analyze well performance and recommend improvements.
- Support production operations with technical expertise.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in production and well performance analysis.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software/tools.
Reservoir Geologist
Responsibilities:
- Carry out geological evaluations for reservoir characterization.
- Integrate data to support exploration and development strategies.
- Provide input for field development and reservoir management.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Geology, Geosciences, or related field.
- Strong background in reservoir studies and data interpretation.
- Experience in oil & gas exploration and production projects.
Process Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and optimize process systems for oil & gas production.
- Ensure compliance with process safety and operational standards.
- Support plant troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Chemical/Process Engineering.
- Relevant oil & gas industry experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Maintenance Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical & Instruments)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment.
- Ensure reliability and efficiency of machinery and systems.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Relevant maintenance experience in oil & gas facilities.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and maintenance standards.
Contract Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts for projects and operations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Support negotiations and contract performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in contract management within oil & gas.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Compensation/Payroll Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee compensation and payroll systems.
