Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the resort’s growth through new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hospitality business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract new guests.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with management to implement growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving business growth targets.
Tax Officer
The Tax Officer will ensure the hotel’s compliance with all tax regulations, handle tax planning, and manage timely filing of returns to prevent penalties and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns and financial reports.
- Maintain updated knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Advise management on tax implications and cost-saving strategies.
- Reconcile tax accounts and coordinate with auditors.
- Handle communication with tax authorities and government agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years relevant tax experience.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and compliance standards.
- Professional certification (ICAN/ANAN) is an added advantage.
Accountant
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and compliance with financial standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts and manage daily bookkeeping operations.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatd field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).

Civil Engineer
The Civil Engineer will oversee construction, maintenance, and renovation projects at the resort. The role ensures high-quality structural integrity and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect ongoing construction and maintenance work.
- Prepare engineering designs, cost estimates, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Hotel & Resort Manager
The Hotel & Resort Manager will oversee all operations of the resort, ensuring guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations, staff performance, and guest relations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and safety regulations.
- Develop strategies to enhance guest experience and profitability.
- Lead staff training and maintain strong team morale.
Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the hotel industry.

Human Resource Specialist
