Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the end-to-end development of our crypto exchange platform (web & mobile). The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the company’s technology vision, overseeing architecture, building high-performing teams, and ensuring our systems meet regulatory and compliance standards.
As CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s growth by driving innovation, ensuring scalability, and maintaining robust security for our products and services. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while demanding strong leadership and technical expertise in block chain and fintech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate wallets, swaps, liquidity providers, payment rails & APIs.
- Oversee architecture, security, scalability, and performance of platforms.
- Build, mentor, and manage a strong development/engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, CBN, SEC).
- Drive continuous innovation in blockchain products.
- Guarantee uptime, reliability, and security across systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define product roadmaps and long-term technology strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO or Tech Lead in fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency.
- Strong technical expertise in blockchain, wallets, swaps, security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated leadership with a track record of scaling successful products.
- In-depth understanding of fintech/crypto regulatory compliance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
