CITAD Free Digital Entrepreneurship Training and Business Support Programme 2026 for Women
The Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD) is inviting applications from women and girls in Kano and Bauchi for its Digital Entrepreneurship Training and Business Support Programme.
The programme is designed for young women who have an existing business or a viable business idea and want to develop the practical skills needed to start, strengthen and grow a sustainable business. Participation is free.
About the Digital Entrepreneurship Training and Business Support Programme
The programme equips participants with practical entrepreneurship, financial and digital skills alongside mentorship and business development support.
Participants will learn how to better plan, market and manage their businesses while developing strategies for sustainable growth.
About CITAD
The Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD) is a Nigerian non-governmental organisation that uses information and communication technology to support development, empowerment and social inclusion.
Through its programmes, CITAD provides digital skills, entrepreneurship training, advocacy and other capacity-building initiatives, particularly for young people, women and underserved communities.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be a woman or girl living in Kano or Bauchi
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be digitally literate
- Have access to a smartphone or computer
- Have an existing business or viable business idea
- Be able to complete the training
- Be committed to developing and growing a business
