About the Program
The TGI Distri Commercial Trainee Program is a talent development program designed to offer young and professional talents an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and build the required competencies necessary for future managerial and leadership roles.
Successful applicants will work in the Commercial Department after undergoing an intensive induction exercise. They will also get the opportunity to learn about TGI Distri and its various operations.
TGI Distri, a member of the TGI Group, is a leading distributor of consumer brands in Nigeria and is currently recruiting for her Commercial Trainee Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Support commercial teams in managing client relationships and accounts.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, trends, and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Participate in field sales activities and customer visits to gain hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.
- Learn and apply company processes, policies, and systems to daily operations.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in any discipline with a minimum of 2.2 / Lower Credit.
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Passion for sales as a career path.
- Proficiency in computer skills and office suites.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Not older than 28 years as of December 31st, 2025.
- Candidates must be willing and ready to be deployed to work anywhere in Nigeria.
