Program Overview
The Graduate Trainee Program is a 9-month intensive training program designed to:
- Develop high-potential graduates into future leaders
Provide hands-on experience across different business units - Expose trainees to real-life projects and operations
- Build strong technical, business, and leadership skills
- Participants will rotate across departments, gaining practical insights into how the business operates end-to-end.
Who Can Apply:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum of 2:1)
- Must have completed NYSC
- 0–2 years of work experience
- Background in Marketing, Sales, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
