Key Responsibilities of the Content Developer at Konga Online Shopping Limited

• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
• Submit work to Line manager for input and approval.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Qualifications and Skills Needed

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Excellent command of grammar, writing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
• Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging content that drives customer engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communications, marketing, or a related field.
