Customer Service Intern at Casafina Development
- Location: Lagos
- Salary: #125,000 per month

Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, zoho, or WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Meet service-level targets (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores)
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Collection of outstanding receivables from clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and Basic reports on Zoho CRM, Sheet and PowerPoint
- Coordinate with internal teams (Project, Legal, Finance, Sales, cCoporatecomms. etc.)
- Welcome visitors, residents, and clients in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
- Register visitors, hampers, gift boxes and manage access control procedures
- Requesting and Offering refreshments to Guests
- Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, documentation, correspondence)
