About the Graduate Trainee Program
The 2025 Support Service Graduate Trainee Program (Knowledge Transfer Programme) is designed to nurture young, talented graduates who are eager to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced and challenging business environment.
The program offers participants the opportunity to:
- Work alongside seasoned professionals across Support Services departments including Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, and Information Technology.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team-building events that enhance skills, knowledge, and professional confidence.
- Contribute to impactful projects and assignments that improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to understand organizational synergy.

This program is structured to ensure a well-rounded exposure to the different facets of support services while equipping trainees with hands-on experience and leadership potential.
Job Description
As a Graduate Trainee, you will:
- Assist in various departmental functions across support services.
- Gain practical exposure by working on real-time business challenges.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Learn to analyze data, provide insights, and support decision-making.
- Be part of strategic projects that align with the company’s growth agenda.
Requirements
To be eligible for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Law, or Information Technology.
- Hold at least a Second-Class Lower Division (for degree holders) or Upper Credit (for HND holders).
- Must have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
- Must have completed NYSC by October 2025.
- Must be 28 years or younger as of October 31, 2025.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess strong skills in critical thinking, data analysis, and the ability to present creative solutions.
