About the Graduate Engineer Trainee Program

The Graduate Engineer Trainee Program is an intensive training opportunity designed to develop young engineers for technical and operational roles within a modern manufacturing environment.

Successful candidates will receive practical training across production operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, utilities management, troubleshooting, process optimization, quality systems, safety standards, and engineering project execution.

Trainees will gain hands-on experience working with production machines, packaging machines, utilities, automation systems, and engineering teams across the factory.
