Dufil Prima Foods Limited, one of Nigeria’s foremost Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies and producers of the widely loved Indomie, is inviting applications from exceptional young graduates for its Graduate Management Trainee Programme.
The specific track for this intake is for the role of Six Sigma Facilitator, designed for high-performing individuals with strong analytical ability and a passion for operational excellence.
This programme is structured to develop future leaders within the organisation by exposing selected candidates to world-class manufacturing, process improvement systems, and operational efficiency standards across multiple production locations in Nigeria.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must possess a First Class Honours degree (mandatory requirement)
- Must not be more than 30 years of age at the time of application
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Must have 0–5 years of work experience
- Must be willing to accept deployment to any location across Nigeria as required by the organisation
- Must hold a B.Sc. or B.Eng. in any of the following disciplines:
