1. Early Careers – Data Analyst

THE JOURNEY

  • Data Analysis: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying business challenges and developing data-driven solutions or recommendations.
  • Modeling: Creating quantitative models (e.g., forecasting, optimization, statistical analysis) to simulate scenarios and predict outcomes.
  • Reporting: Translating complex analysis into clear, concise presentations and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Process Improvement: Working with team leads to implement changes based on your analytical findings.

What You Will Bring To The Ride

  • Recent graduate with 0-3 years of experience post graduation
  • A Proven Analytical Mindset: You enjoy breaking down complex problems, using logic, and working with numbers.
  • Proficiency in Analysis Tools: Must have SQL skills, basic programming languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness and a commitment to accuracy in your work.
  • Clear Communication: The ability to explain technical concepts and data findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactivity & Curiosity: A strong desire to learn, ask questions, and take ownership of analytical projects.

THE JOURNEY

  • Client Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Commercial Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand service adoption and increase client lifetime value.
  • Advocacy: Champion client needs internally and coordinate with Operations and Product teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Strategic Recommendation: Translate complex data findings (e.g., efficiency gains, ROI metrics) into clear, compelling business cases that drive upsells or retention.
