Egbin Power Plc has opened applications for the Egbin PowerUp Internship Experience (SIWES) 2026, a structured six-month industrial training programme designed to equip undergraduate students with practical workplace experience in one of Africa’s largest power generation companies.

The internship provides students with the opportunity to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry practice while developing technical, professional, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic power generation environment.

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be an undergraduate student in a recognized Nigerian university
• Be eligible for SIWES/Industrial Training
• Have a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or its equivalent at the time of application
• Be available to participate throughout the internship period
