Responsibilities

IT Support Intern

  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and user guides.
  • Research, install, and manage productivity software tools.
  • Manage user accounts on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • Monitor and manage office internet services.
  • Support software implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff by setting up required work tools.
  • Monitor company web services and servers.
  • Coordinate with vendors on hardware maintenance and repairs.

Software Project Management Assistant

  • Support software project planning and execution.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project teams and monitor project progress.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Prepare project budgets and monitor project costs.
  • Ensure timely testing and quality assurance of software products.
  • Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support software delivery and post-deployment monitoring.

Requirements

IT Support Intern

Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of application troubleshooting and software management.
  • An understanding of web server security and technical support.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.

Software Project Management Assistant

Applicants should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software or IT project management.
  • Experience in software development is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in Trello, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project, Google Sheets, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in data analysis or information technology.
