We are seeking a highly motivated and Graduate Trainee to join our recruitment team.

Role

• As a Recruitment Sales Trainee, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Completed NYSC
• 0–1 year experience in customer-facing or sales roles
• Desire to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
• Must be based near Lekki Phase 1
