Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the Principal
  • Drafting, reviewing, and formatting:
    • Proposals
    • Reports
    • Presentations
    • Official correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
  • Tracking deliverables and deadlines across projects
  • Supporting project management through:
    • Timelines
    • Follow-ups
    • Progress trackers
    • Coordination activities
  • Assisting with day-to-day operational and organizational support
  • Ensuring smooth communication and workflow coordination across teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as:
    • Executive Assistant
    • Personal Assistant
    • Project Management Support
    • Or similar operational support roles
  • Strong writing and communication skills (essential)
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
