This role offers the opportunity to work directly within the Executive Office of one of the world’s most recognized global education advocacy organizations.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a senior administrative and coordination role designed for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can support executive leadership in a fast-paced international environment.

The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the CEO and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the executive office.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and ensure efficient execution of executive activities and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and meeting materials
  • Support board meetings and executive-level engagements
  • Track action points and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders globally
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Support operational and administrative processes within the executive office

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executives is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
