About the Programme
The Finance Trainee Programme is a structured talent development programme designed to build a sustainable pipeline of finance professionals.
The programme gives young chartered talents deep practical exposure to the business and finance function through hands-on learning, cross-functional rotation, and real business experience.
Trainees will gain a rich understanding of the company’s finance operations while being prepared for future finance leadership roles within the organization.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- ICAN chartered qualification is mandatory
- Maximum of 1 year post-ICAN experience
- Must have completed NYSC
- Must not be more than 27 years old by 31st December, 2026
