FirstBank Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 (Multiple African Countries)
Applications are now open for the 2026 FirstBank Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme. This opportunity is available across several African countries where FirstBank operates, including Nigeria, Ghana, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, DR Congo, and other locations within the FirstBank network.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Maximum age of 27 years by 30th June, 2026
- Minimum of five credits in SSCE or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) Bachelor’s Degree or HND Upper Credit in any discipline
- Must have completed NYSC by 30th June, 2026 (for Nigerian applicants)
- Must be eligible to work in the country of application
