Job Description
The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the front office, providing administrative support, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate must be professional, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. In addition to traditional front desk duties, the role also involves social media management and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors and managing all front desk activities.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other client communications efficiently.
- Maintaining an organized and professional reception area.
- Supporting social media management and creating engaging content for Yahya Hub’s online platforms.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Providing administrative support to management and other team members.
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth office coordination.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Gender: Female
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years old
- Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) from a recognized institution
- Technical Proficiency: Must be genuinely tech-savvy with sound basic IT skills
- Creative Skills: Proven experience in social media management and/or content creation
- Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
