Applications are now open for the FSDH Launchpad Programme 2026, an intensive 8-week learning and development initiative designed to equip recent graduates with practical knowledge, industry exposure, and foundational skills needed to build successful careers in Nigeria’s financial services sector.

While the programme does not guarantee employment, it provides a strong foundation for graduates seeking to build careers in banking, finance, investment, consulting, and related sectors.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be recent graduates
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Be available to participate physically throughout the entire 8-week programme
- Be committed to completing the programme requirements
