The FSDH Management Associate (MA) Program is an elite program designed to attract, train, and integrate top MBA and related master’s degree graduates into the FSDH Group.
Description of the FSDH Management Associate Program 2025
- We are targeting candidates with 4-5 years of experience.
- This program aims to develop future leaders by providing them with challenging career opportunities for growth within the FSDH.
- The program will cater to vacancies in pre-management level roles within the Group.
Eligibility Criteria for the FSDH Management Associate Program 2025
This includes:
- MBA or a related master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Professional qualification – ICAN, CFA, ACBIN,
- 2.1/First class in the first degree
- A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and strong analytical skills.
- The program will be for young Nigerians in Nigeria and in the diaspora
