GBfoods Africa invites applications for its structured 24-month Graduate Trainee Program, designed to provide hands-on experience, comprehensive training, mentorship, and exposure across its operations in Africa.

Eligible Countries: Ghana, Nigeria, and Algeria

Eligibility Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or any related field.
  A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is an added advantage.

Graduation Year:

• Candidates must have graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a First Class (Excellent Equivalent) or Second Class Upper (Very Good Equivalent).

Other Requirements:

• Strong curiosity, ambition, and a purpose-driven mindset.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Applicants must be citizens or residents of Ghana, Nigeria, or Algeria.
