Gear Autos Graduate Trainee Program 2026
The Graduate Trainee program is an entry-level role designed to give recent graduates hands-on experience across different departments of an organization.
- Min Qualification: HND Experience
- Length: 1 year
- Language Requirement: English
- Working Hours: Full Time – 8 to 5
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Learning & Development: Participate in structured training, workshops, and on-the-job coaching
- Rotations: Work in 2-4 departments, e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, to understand how the business runs
- Project Support: Assist teams with daily tasks, data analysis, reports, presentations, and client work
- Problem Solving: Identify process improvements and support team goals/KPIs
- Feedback & Growth: Receive regular performance reviews and apply feedback to grow quickly
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
