International Breweries Plc, part of AB InBev, is inviting applications from young, ambitious graduates for its 2026 Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program. This program is designed to develop future leaders in a global FMCG environment.

Who is this for?

• Recent talented graduates with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency to have conversations and conduct work in English.
• No formal work experience is required, however previous internship experience is a plus (candidates may have a maximum of two years full-time experience).
• Full mobility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
• 0–2 years of work experience (internships are an added advantage)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
• Full mobility across different locations
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition
